Barcelona is not native flamenco territory, but it has embraced the art form and made it its own. Since the 1960s, the city has been a meeting point for flamenco artists who found here an open and demanding audience.

Madrid is the undisputed capital of flamenco. Since the late nineteenth century, the city’s tablaos have hosted the great names of the genre: Carmen Amaya, Antonio el Bailarín, Paco de Lucía, Camarón de la Isla.

Corral de la Morería Calle de la Morería 17, 28005 Madrid
